As an illustrator beginning my career at the tail end of the Golden Age of Illustration, I began to transition into Fine Art by the early years of the New Millenium. It was in a night watercolor class that I discovered watercolor painting on Yupo plastic. The flexibility of being able to make changes on watercolors fit right in with my loose style in plein air painting.
