Michi Ikeda

Michi was born in Osaka, Japan and in 1958 came to the United States, and subsequently settled in Santa
Maria, California. She began painting with watercolor some twenty years ago and found watercolor to be both a challenging and intriguing medium. Like many artists, she enjoyed workshops and classes from many excellent artists.

Michi declares, ”Painting gives me a great joy, because it is one way to honor the Lord who created the whole world and by his mercy gave me the talent. I hope my paintings will bring enjoyment to people who happen to come in contact with them”.
